GadotTek-RTS was instrumental in the design, installation, configuration and deployment of 3,000+ digital, 2000+ analog and 100+ IP phones spread across nine WAN inter-connected OXE nodes. Their knowledge of the OXE system, PSTN protocols, networking and his ability to teach engineers how to administer the system were critical components to a successful project. They also served as support engineers for the project post cutover. They were always available to quickly troubleshoot and resolve any issue that arose. Starting from scratch, GadotTek-RTS built in few months, a complete infrastructure based on Open Nebula technology. The objective was simple: allow a developer to connect remotely to ALE platforms, pre-installed and configured, to make easy the development of his solution. Using a dedicated virtual lab for a specific period, the developer is able to manage the OXE virtual machine, connect SIP softphones, establish telephonic calls, control them through his application or even update the existing OXE configuration and works with Rainbow users. GadotTek-RTS installed the servers my company needed when we moved to our 5th Ave office in NYC. I was the technical support manager for the trading floor of a US subsidiary French bank . Each trader used a turret phone with up to 20 lines and many direct numbers . GadotTek-RTS did an amazing job installing and programming the entire floor and provided an amazing customer service, working 2 full weeks, including weekends to make sure our team should able to make the move flawless.
